After more than 20 years of existence, Bizkaia’s volunteer agency, Bolunta, became “Bizkaia Gara” in September 2022. It has been an honour to be part of this moment. The promoting entities (Provincial Council of Bizkaia, BBK and EDE Foundation) trusted us to lead the reflection on their communication strategy, to generate the new brand and to plan its launch.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n This work has allowed us to get to know the ecosystem of citizen action that is articulated in Bizkaia Gara in order to launch a new model of community activation, at a time of profound social transformation. Community action and volunteering are a reflection of the values we share as a society, because our actions show what we care about, what our vision of the community is, how we understand social justice and equity, or what our sense of responsibility is.
